Introducing Shun Hing Square!
-He is one of the ‘old’ building in Shenzhen, thou he was only finished construction in 1996;
-He was built in the speed of four floors in nine days, so he talks really fast and always rush himself;
-He knows Mandarine, Cantonese(relationship with Hong Kong), English(Structural Engineer is AECOM), and a little bit Japanese( Owned by Kumagai Gumi)
-He is actually really rich(his nick name means king of the land, as during the time when the land is auctioned in the highest price in the city) but he enjoy working (main function of this skyscraper)
-Actually knows how to relax(one of the floor is used to built swimming pool)
-Actually a history nerd( he has a big museum on the top of the building talking about history of Shenzhen and Hong Kong)
-Be friends with other monuments in Hong Kong, and is actually related to world trade center(same company) knows about business, but not super excellent on that
-Wears a watch, because he is very efficient
-Unhappy about other monuments that replaces him, refer them as ‘taller but not even aesthetically nice’
-Headphone is for other not disturbing him during work, thou he just seems like wearing them all time
-Actually hates other calling him ‘old generation’
-Used to break the record of the tallest building in Asia, and still the tallest all-steel skyscraper in China. He is the tallest building in the world with less than 70 floors. Because of his structure he has a very determined personality and do everything serious. Thou it is hard for him to change the mind.
-Better at relationships with newer skyscrapers in the city, but people still love him because of his distinguishable design and representing the spirit of the city in the 90s.
-‘There is no history in Shenzhen, only future!’
